It's with Rogers here in Canada. It's a company phone with InTune Company Portal active, so not sure if that's pertinent.
1. It doesn't format my MicroSD (a Sandisk of compatible size). When I insert it, a notification appears telling me it needs to be formatted. When I accept and it begins, after a couple of seconds the storage tool doing it vanishes.
2. I have a permanent 'new voicemail' notification. It can't be cleared and I don't have any new or saved voicemail messages. This is a used phone, but pretty sure it was reset/wiped by my company.
