Why is my galaxy core prime vibrating for no reason?

My phone has started vibrating for no reason ever since iv 'e dropped it. Iv'e tried many thing to fix it but it still vibrates for no reason even when on silent mode and when there are no notifications. What can i do to fix this please help.

Welcome to Android Central! If the only thing that has changed was the drop, then it's likely that you damaged something. Bring it to a repair shop, or contact Samsung.
