Dock is connected

[AC Question]

Only just started today saying dock is connected constantly. No bluetooth or wifi on. I have a samsung galaxy j3.6 .... cannot use my phone at all only had it couple of months. Tried resetting it/rebooting it...

Welcome to Android Central! This can happen if there's a problem with the microUSB port. Make sure it's clear of debris -- use a can of compressed air to blow it out. Also try cleaning the contacts using a Q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol.

And do it very carefully. That little bar in the center can break off with very little pressure, which would mean having a new connector installed by a repair shop.
