I have been using the native Samsung keyboard on my Note 2014 since new, and been very happy with the predictive text feature, which saves me a lot of time by inputing custom words and those I use regularly.
However a few days ago, my custom words all vanished and the predicted words are now entirely wrong or not half as useful as they used to be.
I think round about that time I did a lot of system and app updates but I didn't clear any cached data.
I know I can uninstall some updates but the question is, how do I find the update responsible ?

Sounds like the keyboard app updated and wiped out its old data.

But I still had 58Mb of personalised data showing in the app stats !
I've now wiped all this and am starting from scratch again. Interesting though, when I did this the keyboard clipboard still had all my data, both locked and unlocked.....a pleasant surprise.
