How do I retrieve the adi password on my ote 10.1 tablet

I need to retrieve the admin password for my Samsung note 10.1. My tablet is locked down to a corporate employer. I can only access their apps without the password I do not have access to forgot your password. I can not do a hard reset or I will lose all of the corporate apps and have o have corporate IT reset everything. Thus rising some eyebrows. Can someone help me retrieve the password?

im sure your IT department wont give the admin password for anyone. you can only contact the to department and ask them to set it up.
