Anyone know how to fix port issues? I have calls coming from one line and my texts use completely different number on the same phone
I'm on unlocked Note 20U with Tmobile sim , haven't run into the issue with 5g/4g enable , have you tried to disable that ?I've been on the phone with tmobile for past 2 days, they have no clue, keep doing stuff that doesn't work. It's been extremely frustrating as all hold times are anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
And on top of that yesterday my phone didn't work at all. Store rep keeps blaming 5G/4G network switching and told me to disable it because its useless and only creates issues.

Maybe suggest having TMobile issue a new SIM ... I've done ports with them before and remember having to switch SIM on one occasion
Good luck ... Hopefully a new one will solve it .. unless you have a phone issue ... Do you have another phone to test ?Planning to go to store again. I went yesterday and everything was working, came home and its not working anymore
Try rebooting the phone afterwards, another thing try is go settings >general management >reset>reset networkYes. It didn't work at the time. And nothing works to get my sms fixed. At home now and phone jumps from 4g 2 bars to 5g 5 bars
You can post that in market place forum if you like here .Yes. It was a nightmare since I get a lot of work texts.
Ps. Anyone interested in note 20 ultra, I am selling one $1050 shipped comes with 150 Samsung credit(while supplies last I guess)
