Help with voice and browser

Not sure how to turn off the voice that keeps coming on when loading a new page with browser. States loading page. I had to reset phone at one point but now doing again. Wonder if something to do with watch and phone. Any ideas on how to turn off

Sounds like something with the accessibility settings. Have you checked in there? Settings-->My Device--->accessibility

Did something and now off. I think it has something to do with the Facebook browser and Facebook on watch. That on and off function on accessibility
