On my S4 and Note 3, when I use the voice recorder it says unable how can I fix this?

I have a S4 and Note 3. When i use the voice recorder it says unable

I have an S4 Lte and Note 3. When i click the Samsung Voice Recorder (pre installed) and click record. It says unable and says that Some other app is using the recorder. But i don't know which app... how to fix these please tell.

Welcome to Android Central! It could be Google Now or S Voice. Open Google Now, swipe in from the left, tap Settings>Voice>"Ok Google" Detection, and turn off "From any screen." If that doesn't help, see if you can turn off S Voice.
