What do I need to know

I've been a Motorola Droid guy for 5+ years, and had tons of them. I recently upgraded to the Turbo, but returned it because I need simultaneous voice and data. So, I find myself owning my first Samsung in 6+ years and it's a shiny new Note 4.

I've setup one handed operation, but that's about it. I'm used to a very close to pure Android experience, and just wondering what I need to know and what I need to do in order to minimize the learning curve.

I appreciate any insight or heads up anyone can provide.
