Google Play music question

OK, I have an old Google Play music account I no longer use with a bunch of music on it. Is there a way to get that music onto the account I do use without having to pay for it all over again?

So, I ended up going in a different downloading all of the music from my old account as I would to listen to it offline. Switched back to my new account and it was all in the new account. Deleted old account from my phone. It then showed all of the music in my new account but not downloaded. So I am redowoading everything now
