I'm locked out of my Note 4, how can I get in?

I'm locked out of my note 4

I TRIED TO USE THE ANDROID DEVICE MANAGER TO RESET THE LOCK SCREEN. IT KEEPS GIVING ME Since Google has verified that a screen lock is already set, the password you entered won't be needed.

Welcome to Android Central! Did you forget your password? Or were you using the fingerprint unlock, and it stopped recognizing your fingerprint?
