Samsung Note 4 - my Citrix Receiver won't work. What should I do?

Samsung Note 4 - my Citrix Receiver won't work

I have a new Samsung Note 4. I installed Citrix Receiver and used the server, userid, password and domain that I have always used. However, when I try to setup it as a new account, it fails and gives a generic error message saying to check and try again.

I have confirmed on my old phone that this Citrix information still works, so it is not bad information. It must be something with the setup of this new phone.

I tried to do some research on my own, and it was talking about certificates and other workarounds that got me very, very lost. Please talk to me like I am a frustrated 6-year old, because that is what I feel like tonight.

Did you ever find an answer to this issue? I am having the same issue with the Note 4. It works fine on my Note 2, but gett a connection error on my Note 4. I've researched to no avail.
