Cracked my LCD want to buy your note4

Hi folks, my camera hasn't been focusing correctly on close ups lately. sometimes buzzes, far pics are fine and I tried to clear cache etc then figured maybe it was loose. Well I took my phone apart and cracked the LCD. DOH!
put back together phone boots up fine and can pull files off of it. So the only damaged thing besides camera not focusing closely is the screen.

I found videos on replacing it etc easy but a new screen is 120-165$!! ebay and parts stores Im sure theres someone on here willing to sell their old note4 for something less right? I see a ton on ebay but the screens are cracked or phone is dead.
