Glass covering back camera shattered

Where can I take this to be fixed? Is it a costly repair?

I have the same problem, just find the screen from the rear camera cracked. I have removed the screen and now i see that the right side is not focusing , i order another glass to add, but maybe that moving part is scratched or not sure... i am with t-mobile and have insurance and also have jump, but figure will fix my self witch maybe cheaper.

I think that some of the shattered glass got into the OIS mechanism and I'll need to replace that also.

Seems to be a common problem, mine is broken as well but the camera still works fine. Gonna wait for the Note 6 to drop and I'll put in a warranty claim and get a free upgrade.
