"Extreme drop protection. FlexShock™ is the world's most advanced impact protection material, absorbing and dissipating impact force and stopping that force from passing into your device. By integrating FlexShock™ into the design of the Evo Tactical XT, we can offer extreme impact protection from drops of 4m/ 13ft."

Yeah it seems to be pretty soft, yet sturdy and the rippled inside should further help to absorb any force before getting on the phone itself. What are your thoughts regarding the opening for the S-Pen, is it still easy and comfortable to remove?

I do think the S-Pen might be hard to remove for larger hands/fingers, since the opening is small. I am fine using my thumb sideways to pop the S-Pen out.

My brother got the Otter box Defender for his Note 7. I don't like the way the screen protector is not really touching the screen, there isspace between the screen and the protector. It also makes the Note 7 feel so huge.

I prefer the Tech21 EVO cases. I work for T-Mobile, and I toss my phone across the floor to demonstrate it's durability at least 4 times per day. I've done it for over a year, and I have never broken a phone. I like like the clear, but they usually get filthy after a few months. So, I usually go with smoke.

Chazglenn3, did you get a reply? I only use wireless charging and am looking for a case that is thin and won't interfere with wireless charging.

Hey guys, just wanted to share how I customized my case. Simply drilled holes in the back of the case, where the battery is,spigen.jpg allowing heat to escape, rather than building up. This is a Spigen, but it could be done to practically any case. BTW, I really like the Spigen, primarily because it goes into its holster vertically. I had a couple of others, but they went in at a horizontal orientation, which is really cumbersome if you keep your holster vertical...which I do! I also like the way the Spigen seats at the bottom and snaps in, rather than sliding in, which might be a little much, considering the length of the Note 7.

Yes, I did. They said that the case will not impede the wireless charging at all. I ordered one on eBay for $11.99 with free shipping.

I posted on the Otterbox Defender thread as well--Steel Berry Defender from Otterbox.com:

I like it, but yes, the built in screen protector is pretty bad. Not unusable, but definitely not good. Definite touch sensitivity loss with this screen protector. I plan on removing the built in screen protector and replacing it with a different one anyways. I did that with all my prior Defenders as well. But the case feels solid, grippy and protective. I like the Steel Berry color with the Blue Coral Note 7.

I'm very protective over my devices and like for them to be covered at all times. I'm disappointed in how the tempered glass has been working for the phone, went through 3 because they always seem to crack when I put a case on it. So today, I decided to try the full body Zagg and will use this case I ordered from Amazon. So, we shall see how this one plan works.SamsungClearView.jpg
