Anyone else having this problem? Picked up the Note 7 Aug 20 from AT&T. Everything was great until this past Monday. My phone started switching from 4g to 3g and back again. And now today my screen won't stay off, either on the charger or off.
Haven't done a factory reset just yet. There are some things that I need to back up before trying that route.
Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated.
