US Cellular Note 7 replaced 9/17

OK, so first some background:

-Purchased N7 from authorized agent store on 8/25
-Returned N7 on 9/10 to a corporate store, and replaced with S7 Edge (with an agreed upon 3 month exchange window for N7 when it came back) ( Did not return USB-C cable from N7)
-Ordered Gear VR on 9/12 as part of S7 promotion. Status approved, shipment pending.
-Received 256GB card on 9/14 (From N7 promotion)
-Returned S7 Edge, and replaced with *NEW* N7 on 9/17 (*NO accessories needed to return the S7 Edge. In fact, they gave me the headphones from the S7 as a freebie to keep.)

Can you post some pictures showing the different markings on the replacement box?

FYI, this was in Madison, WI.

I called a corporate store around noon asking about stock. They said they had stock for "replacements, but not for new sales."

Did the phone seem brand new or maybe Samsung swapped out the battery?
Looks like the new IMEI sticker was just stuck over an original sticker.

At least you have the new little black square on the label.

Can you let us know the manufacture date of the phone?

No problem! I've lurked here for a few years reading other's contributions, so I'd like to help where/when I can.

Phone seems brand new; no fingerprints, no dust, new and unaltered plastic sheets covering screen and back.

White battery icon. I did ask the sales rep ( for what it's worth, he claimed to be receiving the Samsung Expert role in the corporate store in the coming weeks), and he was not aware of anything that would differentiate the pre-recall from the post-recall, be it battery icon color or anything else.
