USB C to HDMI issues.

Is there a setting to turn on to allow HDMI output? I picked up a cable which is supposed to be compatible and has positive reviews from Note 8 owners, but I can't get it to work.

My guess it that it's a bad cable, but want to make sure before I send it back.

Maybe go into settings and check USB configuration and try changing that? I believe you need to have Developer options enabled (go into about phone and tap build number 7 times or so.)
