"Sending Failed" using Samsung native email client

"Sending failed" on outgoing email (from school Gmail acct only) when using my native Samsung email client.

Incoming server
xxx@students.everettcc.edu
IMAP server: imap.gmail.com
Security type: SSL
Port: 993
IMAP path prefix: optional (blank)

Outgoing server
SMTP server: smtp.gmail.com
Security type: SSL
Port: 465

Authentication required before sending emails: box unchecked, and info left blank.
 
Welcome back! Can you ask your school's IT department to make sure all settings are correct? Have you already tried removing the account, then adding it back again?
