Black Screen on App Launch?

I'm having an issue opening certain apps, the game "Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader" for example, it installs fine, but when I open it it shows a greyish black screen for about one second and then the screen goes completely black, and the Task Manager it says the game has 0.00 CPU usage as if it stopped. I'm on Jellybean 4.1.2 which I got from Kies after much hassle. It's weird because less graphically "heavy" games such as Cut the Rope work fine and I've seen many reviews by others in the Play Store, so the app appears to have worked on the Skyrocket for them. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Welcome to Android Central! Those reviews you saw in the Play Store specifically mentioned the S2 Skyrocket? Were they also on the same Android version as yours?

Hi Yes and I actually just fixed my problem. Turns out I had to go into twrp recovery and Wipe the Cache and Dalvik Cache sections. My apps work fine now. Thanks for the help
