I have a LG tp260 I was on an app now have tiny lines across screen

I was using pic college app and I got double pics and now my screens dim, and has tiny lines all the way down it, it works just fine, and when I try to restart it and the screen is black there are some wide fuzzy white areas runing up and down the screen!!! Help!
