Samsung health heart rate issue

Hi all,

I've had an issue with Samsung health on my galaxy s10, I also have the galaxy watch active 2 but this problem persists even when the watch is not connected. Its hard to describe but please see video linked below. The heart rate seems to be flicking between various functions and is not showing the heart rate properly or from the current time.

I have spoke with Samsung help on their twitter and tried various things as resetting phone & watch, clearing cache & data from health app, factory reset and then restore both watch and phone but the problem still persists. Before I take it in to samsung to fix does anyone know how to fix the above problem ?
