People sticking with what comes with the phone or the highest quad HD

Think there's much difference in battery life?

I don't think there is much difference in battery based on my experience with other Samsung phones from the past. So rocking the max resolution possible

I usually leave it a t 1080p to save in battery but I've heard recently that it's not that big a deal so with the S10 plus I may go to the max

I didn't buy the phone with the BEST screen just to view things in reduced resolution. If I need a little juice (which I hardly ever do) I have chargers everywhere - home, car, work, and I usually have a battery pack with me. Only the highest for me. I don't use vivid though. To my eyes that is a bit overkill.

BTW samsung has their portable chargers/battery pack on sale for 15$ if anyone is interested. I had to pick a pink one up for my 11 yr old daughter..she runs her s9+ down dead before noon

I know I got an amazing deal but I didn't spend this much on my new toy just to dumb it down.

I will never sacrifice quality to save battery life.

I see no reason to buy a top end phone and then purposely dumb it down.

What others say, qhd. Doesn't depreciate battery life at a high enough rate to justify going to fhd. Batteries do degrade but I'll never have the phone long enough to find out lol

My thoughts exactly. For me it's just going to end up as a trade-in in a few months.

Always go max resolution. Tested the battery savings on my note 9 and it was barely any different going from fhd to qhd. I wouldn't even think of going any lower than that.

Can you all actually tell a difference between the max and mid resolution? I don't think I can. I'd love to see some official tests (I know real world use is what's more important and maybe I'll give it a try) on battery usage between the 3.
