I bought a samsung galaxy s2 it still has retail mode on it and dont know how to get of

Also i downloaded a game to play but the next time i went to play it , it wasn't there like it had been deleted so i downloaded it again and same happened again please help

Return the phone for a refund.
You will have to Factory Reset it if you return it....it may be that the Reset will fix any problems, in which case you could keep it.
If you decide to Reset, let us know if you need any advice about backing up your personal data first.
