S21 ultra notification and charging question

I use Google tasks. On my old phone, I was getting my notifications precisely on time. On my s21 ultra, I'm getting them about 5-10 minutes later. Any ideas. Also, what wattage fast brick should I buy? I thought it was 25 watts. But I recently saw a 45 watt for the ultra. Both were samsung brands.

I think the S21 Ultra supports up to 25W, 45W was for S20Ultra, but I may be wrong.
