The G998U1UES4AUH9 firmware is now OTA for the US unlocked S21 Ultra (also downloadable via Frija). It is a security update only (as confirmed by the S, rather than U, before the bootloader number), and it brings the Sep 1 security patch.

Since it's only a security patch, it has no new non-security features or bug fixes, so in particular it's still on One UI 3.1 (not 3.1.1).

I just downloaded the latest update. Samsung amazes me with the quickness of some of it's monthly updates.

Nice !!! Just downloaded on my US unlocked S21 Ultra with T-Mobile SIM. Was pleasantly surprised to see the update since with T-Mobile SIM it's always delayed lol.

SM-G996U S21+ 5G hasn't gotten update yet.
Phone currently on Spectrum Mobile, but is unlocked.
