BULE firmware for US unlocked S21 series

G99xU1UES4BULE is out now for the US unlocked S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra. It has the Jan 1 security patch level, and as the S (rather than U) before the bootloader number tells us, it is only a security update (no feature, stability, or performance improvements).

The firmware update is OTA now for most carriers. To see if your carrier has released it yet, check your carrier's website or sammobile.com. If your carrier has not released it yet (or if your phone is not receiving it), you can download it via Frija and flash it via Odin (Google the instructions).

When using Frija, too bad entering CSC code: XAA for unlocked wipes phone.
Then we wouldn't have to wait for slowpoke T-Mobile.
Only 2 or 3 weeks to wait.

No, it doesn't. I did that just now to update my T-Mobile G998U1 (see screenshot above), and my phone kept all its data and settings, just like with an OTA update. As always, though, when flashing with Odin, you need to select the HOME_CSC file rather than the plain CSC file, or else you will indeed wipe your phone.

(But yes, if you flash the G998U1 firmware to a phone that has G998U firmware, I think that always wipes the phone.)

Got the OTA on mine too (unlocked AT&T) Checked Smart Switch and Frija and both updates are there as well.
