which app is yellow-box?

long pressing on yellow box then settings it said Google Play Services

Strangely, I get this notification when I connect my Sony bluetooth earbuds.

I don't get this notification when I connect my newer Bose bluetooth earbuds.

That should be the Smart Things app.

When I open Smart Things and search for nearby devices, it does not detect the headphones though.
