Is there a way to block Air Pushed Ads without having to delete the app its coming from?

I do get Air Pushed ads on my phone, and it doesn't really bother me honestly, but I was wondering if there was a way to block them without having to delete the apps they are coming from? Those apps I need on my phone

not many things are free.
think theres some ad companies you can opt out of.... leadbolt?

surely there is an alternative app that does what you want it to do?

its a case of putting up with the ads or find an alternative (even if you have to pay or take your chances with a cracked one)
