From any Home screen, press the Menu button, select Settings -> Application manager -> All, scroll down until you find TouchWiz home. Select it and choose Clear cache and Clear data (if available).
If that doesn't work, get into the Application manager (as listed above) then press the Menu button and select Reset app preferences.

What do you mean by "Stopped working"? Black screen, error messages, etc. Do what the above poster suggested, and in the meantime, install a secondary launcher from the Google Play Store on your PC like Nova or Apex Launcher.

I would suggest ONLY clearing cache, and see if that works. Clearing data will wipe out all your home screen configurations and you'll have to recreate them. Clear cache, and reboot. If that doesn't work, you can try clearing data.
