aaaaahhhhh my phone is three months old and it wont charge properly

my phone i got for christmas 2013 is 3 months old and its charging port is loose, anywhere i can get it fixed cheap?? havent told my parents, they would kill me, this happened with my samsung galaxy s2 and my dad fixed it, but he was very very angry. i dont want to tell my parents, anywhere near cirencester or in cirencester i could go??? haaaaallllllppppppp :''''''''''''(
