Set wake up command not in menus

I see other people saying you can set wake up command on S3 to your own voice command, but I cannot find the option anywhere in my menus.

After opening S Voice and go to settings, I only see Wake up command with a checkbox under Wake Up section.

Can someone tell me where I can find this command? I am using an unlocked (used to be AT&T) S3 i9300 running Android version 4.3.

I just realized the set wakeup command is only available with the swipe lock screen option (no security). Is there a way to have this working with a pattern unlock?
