Why has my S3 hardware crashed again?

why my s3 hardware has crashed again

my s3 is staying on the Samsung start up logo .this is the second time it has happened .the first time it was sent back to Samsung to fix under warranty .they replaced a main board .now the same thing has happened again. why is my s3 hard ware crashing .could you advise whats the next best step in getting it fixed. I would now like a replacement as this is the second time I have now lost data.thankyou

Welcome to Android Central! Your best bet is to contact Samsung again and explain to them the situation. I'm not sure how long the warranty lasts for a repair, but if they do agree to do something about it, they might only offer to repair it again. From what I've read of others' experiences, Samsung usually doesn't send a replacement phone.
