Battery drain ~15% per hour on standby

Hi,
I'm running CM 12.1 over S4 I9500 intl. and witnessing some battery issues - about 15% per hour with the phone doing nothing.
1) Deleted sucking apps, leaving only whatsapp.
2) Tried a different battery with same results.
3) Bluetooth/WIFI/GPS turned off, auto brightness is on

The S4 battery drain/swell issue could be something to read up on if you haven't already. I had two swollen batteries when I owned my S4 active. When it happened to me, I bought new batteries until the issue went away.
