I use motochopper I do all the commands but it always says failure I get the superuser app on my phone but it always say error please help I want to get all this bloatware off my GS4. I am using a Mac

I use motochopper I do all the commands but it always says failure I get the superuser app on my phone but it always say error please help I want to get all this bloatware off my GS4. I am using a Mac

Make sure you are using the USB cable that came with your phone.

Make sure you are plugged into a standard USB port on the back of your computer.

Reboot phone and computer before attempting again...if it still doesn't work, try a different computer.

You can also try downloading motochopper again in case you got a corrupt download.
