How to unroot mf3 s4

Hey guys I'm currently still on 4.2.2 with rooted mf3 running a gpe rom via safestrap. I've been trying to unroot, so I can finally upgrade to KitKat. Has anyone successfully unrooted and updated? If so, can you help me out? Thank you.

You have to flash the stock 4.2.2 ROM, then update, but it would be much easier to just flash the stock 4.4.2 or 4.4.4 ROM.
