Samsung Galaxy S4 stucks on Odin Mode

Hello,
I had a wifi problem so i have googled it and one of the Solutions said that i must root it.But now it stacks in Odin Mode :

i fear to turn it off because i had a previous problem so i changed the mother card(because of turning the phone off while installing updates).
So what can i SAFELY do ??
