when somebody send:-\s you a email how do you reply back :-!

Which email app are you using, Gmail or the Mail app?

In gmail, just tap the little curved, left facing arrow to the right of the sender's name (while you have the email open). If you tap the three dots to the right of the arrow you'll see options for reply-all and forward.

In the regular Mail app, tap the curved, left facing arrow in the bar above the senders name. (This is on my S3, but I suspect the S4 is the same).
