Software Update 4.3 Issue

After updating the software to 4.3 my Galaxy S4 (US Cellular) randomly restarts itself. Anyone else have this issue?

I also am on USCC. Good to see more people on here that go thru them. I would suggest doing a factory data reset after all major updates like 4.3. I had different issues when I updated so I factory reset and it's all good now.
