What is the best way to transfer my data from my old sd card to my new one?

The easiest, less painful way of doing it is by copying it to another card using your computer. But if you don't have access to one or your computer doesn't have a Card Reader, you can copy the entire contents of the old card into a temporary folder in your device, swap it for the new card, and transfer the backup into the new one.
