Back and Menu keys don't light up.

Anybody else have this issue?? No matter which setting I choose, the back and menu keys never light up... at all.

Any thoughts?

Have you checked inside display settings ?
(Touch key light duration setting)

Happened to me, check your power saving settings, I bet is selected to be off when power saving is on.

That's wright in power saving mode there is option restrict performance and u will see options to enable or disable

That is correct, I had the same issue and it was related to power saving mode.

I figured it out. There's an option in the Power Saving menu that includes the light duration for the touch keys. Just had to un-check it.

I don't see option to restrict performance on my Note 2 sch-I605 but have timing set to always on everything works but the lights. New ribbon 2nd in fact thought new ribbon would fix lights but it did not? What else could it be? Not on power Saving Mode?

I have galaxy grand prime. Its software is 5.1.1. But it doesn't contain any optiom to turn on the key lights. Pls help me.
