Is this normal for my battery to drain like this??

No it doesn't seem right. Post some screenshots of your battery stats...

I once encountered a problem like this about 4 weeks into having the phone, but after a day or disappeared, since then ove had amazing battery life usually about 7 hours on screen time. I think this issue is just a hickup the battery has when it's new it should go away soon.

Allow the battery to run down to about 10%

Then give it a 24 hour, or at least, an overnight charge from the OEM 2.1 amp USB 3.0 cable charger module.

That should re-establish the battery's charge rate.

Now, turn the phone off, and then power it back up.

Report back to us, it should be okay.
