how can I go to straight Talk with my Verizon s5 world phone on ST byop?

So I have my s5 and I want to use ST byop plan. In order to use Verizon towers on straight Talk they give you a CDMA card in there service pack to activate it. Here is the part I can Not figure out. The CDMA card is just that. There is not a sim card just numbers. Well when you take the sim out of the s5 it does not work period. It says insert sim to access network. So I can only get it to use GSM AT&T towers. I want to use Verizon towers as its the only service I can get. I even looked into this and can't find a answer. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Also on AT&T towers I can't get LTE service. But that's not important if I can use CDMA towers
