I don't think the charger flap closes all the way

I've recently noticed the charger flap loose, and hanging out a bit, then I push it in the closed position but it seems to just lie against the charging entrance and doesn't click or lock in....I'm pretty sure this means if I dropped my S5 in the water, water would get in....what to do?
