How do I change the colors on my S5?

Updated but gone from white on black to black on white

Hi there,
this is my first post and it for my wife not me, so be gentle

Her S5 updated today and since the update her interface has inverted i.e. before the update it was mostly black background with a white font, now it is all white with black font. Can this be rectified? She is finding the brightness of the all white too much and preferred the mainly black interface.

Welcome to Material Design.

You can change the background in your app manager using a custom launcher but nothing you can do with settings. There are rumours about Google implementing a dark theme in next updates.

Maybe Samsung could change that.
