New lolli pop on S5

I didn't know what TouchWiz was, and it asked a question, something about TouchWiz, and I said, just once or something My phone answered back, go to settings, Applications, defaults, Applications & Clear. Then I went on my Desk top and googled TouchWiz and found out that it was the was Samsung S5 interface or something. My phone had just updated to lolli pop and now I don't have TouchWiz, I am wondring if I need it?

You still have touchwiz. Touchwiz and lollipop are two different things. Lollipop is the operating system and touchwiz is like you said the Android interface. No matter how many times you update, touchwiz will never leave.
