Touchscreen Quit Working after Verizon Update

Let's hope it doesn't freeze up before I post but got update yesterday. Today all of a sudden, when I click on anything it doesn't respond. All buttons do... For instance, I can hit the power for the reboot menu but it won't let me select anything. The only thing I can do is pop the battery.

It works for a few and then does the same thing. I did 2 partition cache wipes, did the regular cache clean, etc.

Is this a known issue or is a factory reset in my future? Please help.

Reboot into recovery, clear cache then reboot.

This reminded me of something that happened to my note 3, Got an update just a minor bug fixer it restarted phone and touchscreen was just not working no matter what. Called up and did warranty which is really all you can do. Unless you want to fix it yourself.

I finally had to do a factory restore. Ugh.
