Cannot get tablet to start up even after factory reset.

My tablet was originally stuck in a boot loop but after managing to get it into the recovery mode I still can't get it to start.

I have tried the Factory reset and wipe cache partition but it still only boots to the Samsung logo for a short while then straight to the power off/charging logo. That's as far as it gets.

I tried rebooting into Bootloader but nothing happened. Is there a way I can connect it to a PC to trouble shoot and fix it. Or, possibly could I apply update from ADB/Memory card as in the attached picture.

Flash the stock firmware with Odin and use Frija tool to get the firmware
