FIRMWARE UPGRADE ENCOUNTERED AN ISSUE FIX S5 SM-G900F (i fixed it but it always come if i reset)

The thing is i fixed the firmware upgrade encountered an issue
by flashing the philz recovery,but when i reset to factory settings it will go again to the issue and also by flashing a firmware via odin..
i dont know i cant update or i cant restore!
please help!!

Also i forgot i have rooted the phone .....

Use Odin to flash the stock ROM. Once you do that, what you do depends on what happens.

Also, if you are rooted on the latest Lollipop firmwares, you should be using TWRP custom recovery and not PhilZ, as he abandoned his project some time ago.

because i dont know when i flash via odin a firmware offical 5.0 lollipop s5
it then goes again to a firmware encountered an issue..
anyway its my friends phone..i dont have it here..
