transfer my pictures to computer

I can not transfer any of the pictures I have taken with my
Galaxy S5 in my PC (Windows 7)

Welcome to Android Central! Have you already tried connecting via USB and using Windows Explorer? The photos should be in /DCIM/Camera, if they were taken by the Camera app.
